Under what circumstances can I request a reschedule, and how many make-up classes will be provided?

• Student Rescheduling:
  • Students can reschedule one class per month.
  • Consecutive rescheduling of two classes is not allowed.
  • Rescheduled classes must be accommodated on another day within the same week i.e. the make-up classes should be availed before the next scheduled class.
• Compensation for Academy-Initiated Rescheduling:
  • The Academy compensates for one rescheduled class per month.
  • If more than one class is rescheduled (even on the same day), the remainder is considered completed for that month.
  • Exception: If the missed class is the last one of the month, it can be compensated in the following month.
• To initiate a reschedule, the student needs to make an email request at least 1 week before the scheduled class.
• The Academy aims to provide the make-up class before the next scheduled session to ensure course continuity.
