Course scheduling is contingent upon teacher availability. If the requested time slot is unavailable, the Academy will propose the nearest available time. Should the suggested time be inconvenient for the student, a refund of the course fee will be provided upon written confirmation from the student.
For students traveling, the Academy permits a maximum of four classes to be taken outside their designated local region. If the number of classes exceeds this limit, the student is required to pay for the additional classes in the local currency of the region where the classes are attended.
In cases where a student takes more than four classes outside their local region, they will receive an email prompting them to confirm their current location. If the current location differs from the registered location, the student must pay the fee difference. Failure to respond to the email within 5 days may result in the suspension of their account.
Pricing is determined based on the perceived value in each local region, and the pricing structure is customized for each specific region.
