Students have the option to request a complimentary 30-day access to non-downloadable class recordings by contacting the Academy via email at operations@thesvpacademy.com.
If a student prefers to download class recordings, an additional fee applies that shall be disclosed once requested for and can be purchased as add-on service via the website.
For classes within a multi-student batch, if a session is conducted and missed by one or more students, the Academy will provide access to the class recordings to allow students to review before the subsequent class.
It is important to note that the Academy reserves the right to record classes for quality audits and training purposes, irrespective of whether a student has opted for this service.
